Program Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Program

This English activity is organized by volunteer missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is provided free of charge. The purpose is to offer participants the opportunity to practice and connect through English in a friendly and supportive environment.

2. Volunteer Participation

All volunteers are unpaid and participate as part of community outreach. They are not certified English teachers, but fluent English speakers who are eager to share their experience and engage with participants in a way that encourages English use and interaction.

3. No Fees

There are no registration fees, activity charges, or hidden costs. All activities and materials used in the sessions are provided at no cost.

4. Respectful Environment

Participants and volunteers are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect, and patience. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

5. Commitment to Participation

Although participation is voluntary, regular attendance and active engagement are encouraged in order to make the most of this experience.

6. Religious Affiliation

This activity is hosted by missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Participation in religious activities is not required to join the English sessions. However, participants may be invited to attend additional optional activities outside of session hours.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or accidents that may occur during or in connection with the activities.

8. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or participating volunteers as necessary.
